It's great for what it is. I love the spring arm that holds the towels from unraveling. It does keep the towels from in raveling. That's the reason I bought it. The only thing I don't like about it is the spray bottle on the top. I'm not saying it's a bad thing. I didn't think I'd use the phone holder and made fun of it.
