The bottom of your headrest has a plastic plate which can be unscrewed which will then show staples which hold the cover in place. Remove the cover. Turn your new cover inside out and slowly slide it over the foam turning it the right way. Check before stapling that the foam fills the cover completely old age of the foam may have caused it to have shrunk in size slightly. Please note that colours listed are those

This cream is unbelievable. goes in instantly, makes hands soft after one application and creates a barrier to protect your hands against cold and water.
