The device allows the breaker to be locked in the "on" or "off" position and a padlock can be installed to ensure that the breaker is not tampered with. Even when locked in the "on" position, the breaker will trip in the conditions warrant it.

It looks great and holds hand soap, a small bottle of dish soap and the various brushes for doing dishes and cleaning straws but it also has slots for things like a sponge or the drain plugs.
