Eje Thelin Quintet - At The German Jazz Festival (LP)Limited Edition of 500 copies! Between 1961 and 1965Eje Thelinformed his first own group with which he toured across Europe. In 1964 he performed in Copenhagen with George Russell; from the late 60s to the mid 70s he played with Joachim Khn and John Surman and turned to Free Jazz. This album became a legend, mostly due to the cooperation with Belgian Joel Vandrooogenbroeck, who had played with big names such as Ren Thomas, Bobby Jaspar, Barney Wilen
