Ortofon AJP-1 SPU 'A' to 'G' cartridge adaptor and weightThe APJ 1 is an adaptor to use an SPU 'A' bodied cartridge in a tonearm intended for an SPU 'G' cartridge. It moves the stylus much further forwards and add 6. 5g to compensate the lighter mass of the 'A' housing. It has the standard Orotofon SME headshell fittings on either end (1 x male 1 x female) and is really nicely made from Aluminium with gold plated contacts.

This is an amazing product! At this price point, I didn’t expect it to perform as well as it did. I have used it to open 4 different bottles of wine, and it worked really well. I docked one star because there is no outward charge status indicator (e.g. an LED to show charging, charged, or needs charging). A nit pick perhaps, but I find it an inconvenience.
