This is literally the envy of my little group of collecting friends simply because the condition is almost unheard of for these early painted buckles. It shows signs of having been worn but it couldn't have been used too much as the paint wears off of these in a stiff breeze. Great vest. I love the slim fit. It looks very nice on my son, not baggy or boxy looking like some vest.
