The new requires there to be a 2mm gap between bumper and body if the bumper is made out of CF. This bumper retains the same shape as the RX528 Mako Bumper, but also has a nested, front TPU liner which satisfies the rule as the leading edge is now made from flexible, rubber like material (albeit, still super rigid).
