There seemed to be an influx of scary horror movies, shows, and books directed toward children, and almost zero adult supervision. Combine those two things and you had things like a TV show hosted by an animated dead guy who was telling scary stories to kids, based on an adult version of the same, non animated concept. Who approved of this? Why? Was there really a gap in the market for a show of that
