Although it's on a pricey side but this black seed oil is very well packaged (amber glass bottle packed in the carton tube) to preserve the quality. The taste is mild, not upseting the stomach if taken on empty stomach. I can't attest to a very specific results but I am taking it for Inflammation due to autoimmune process.
