Handcrafted in the Venetian workshop by the Scaldaferro family without any preservatives or additives. Hand tooled in wooden boxes to maintain crispness, the thin torrone nougat is wrapped in a soft waffle before it is cooled and cut into thin slices. The slices are so thin that the torrone will melt in your mouth.
