I just started taking these yesterday and I don't know if it's my imagination or not, but I have so much more energy today. My body was seriously lacking fruits and veggies for a very long time. The vegetable capsules kind of smell like broccoli. I like broccoli, so it doesn't bother me, but I did burp some after taking the vegetable capsules. It's a small price to pay for giving my body some of the nutrients it has been craving for such a long time.
