Bloom Strong Base #9, 15mlMedium consistency base. pH level 4. 5 5. Hard. HYBRID of rubber base and building gel. Poorly soluble. Removed like gel as fine dust. Cure in UV for 2 minutes, LED for 1 minute. An excellent option for thin, brittle, weak nails. Does not peel off, contains non acid primer. Easily leveled. No need for a Base Coats under clear base.
