I."(for Philippine Islands). AS IS. Overall decent condition. Natural straw color with purple text. Some of the purple color has faded. There used to be some sort of handle, but that has broken off. There are small cuts in the straw by the P. I. A few stains and it is a little misshapen

Ease of handling

Initially when I filed the claim online, I was erroneously informed to contact the manufacturer because I was still under their warranty. I learned that I was not. It’s for this reason they got 4 stars instead of 5. I had to call and explain to Assurion. Once I did that they honored the extended warranty with no complications. I just had to return the defective device to them, they provided all prepaid UPS slip and I took it to UPS. They sent an Amazon gift card (via email) less than 48 hours after my UPS drop off. I enjoyed the ease of everything. Just make sure you call instead of handling the claim online. A person is always better.
