For what I would spend for one pair, I got three. Not knowing what size I wanted, I chose the three pack and I am glad that I did. I generally only wear stud earrings because of the weight and I don't like things dangling and touching me. So far, I have only used the smallest pair and like them. They are big for me but for most people probably wouldn't feel all that large. I am not certain that I will use the medium or large pairs but maybe some day I will feel dangerous.
