I was pleasantly surprised how well and fast this worked for me. I purchased it to see if it would resolve some dark staining of my tongue. After about 3 days of taking it as suggested on the label (dissolve 1 tablet in mouth at bedtime after brushing teeth), I saw significant improvement, and by 5 days I observed no further staining and a completely normal looking pink tongue.
