MEASUREMENTS (approximate): Neck 17 1 2" Length 39" Army nurse caduceus pin and first lieutenant rank pins. AS IS condition with several moth holes. The biggest hole is on the middle right side area and along the hem on the bottom. These are not "through" holes, as there are two layers of wool.
