I'm 5’8” and about 240 lbs, and I went with an XL for this light grey quarter-zip pullover. Fit is spot-on, not too tight, not overly baggy. The material is lightweight and breathable but still feels like it has some substance, making it perfect for layering or wearing on its own in mild weather. The only thing close to a complaint I can think of is that these are a lightweight weight material and the collar doesn’t want to stand up on its own. I wish Maelreg made a medium weight version with a little sturdier of a collar, but that’s just me.
