Great information!!! Erin answered alot of questions I had about MTR. I was able to implement some things she had recommended in her book. No joke, I got my first tenant the following weekend. I still have some questions about minor things but vía her you tube channel I know I will find the answer. One more thing, she will send you a copy of the lease she uses and the welcome letter she provides her tenant if you send her a picture of the book to her email. That helped a lot!
