Herb Pharm® Chamomile - 1 ozWe prepare our Chamomile extract from the flower of Certified Organic Matricaria chamomilla plants grown on our own farms in southern Oregon. Chamomile is hand harvested in the late spring and extracted fresh the same day. Shake Well Before Using. Add 1 full squeeze of the dropper bulb to 2 oz. of water or juice, 2 to 5 times per day. Best taken between meals.

This is a really, nice, comfy quarter zip that I wore with just a basic white T-shirt. It was a night out with my significant other and she even complimented how classy it looked.
