Update: The company reached out to me and offered me either a refund or a replacement watch. I bumped my rating up by two stars for that good customer service, and I'll provide another update once I have the replacement and see how it works. This watch looks great, was a good price, and I enjoy wearing it. The problem is that it keeps stopping. An unreliable watch is a big problem.
