For starters, Amazon is one of the few places that sells these fiber tablets, so I was pleased that they were affordable. I prefer the tablets over the powder because it’s just easier for me to use. CONVENIENT BUT MAY BE HARD FOR SOME TO SWALLOW

I've tried lots of different types of fiber supplements. For convenience, this one is the best. A lot has been said about how large the pills are for swallowing, but I have bigger pills than these, and they go down fine. The issue is the shape of the pill. It's made not cylindrical, but with 4 faces with sharp corners. These make the pills tend to stick a bit on the way down. I would not recommend these pills for someone with swallowing difficulties. That being said, they do work.
