Die reiferen Tannine geben ihm Kraft, ohne an Leichtigkeit zu verlieren. Ein echter Allrounder mit Tiefgang. Traditionelle Flaschengrung, handgelesen im September 2022. Spontan vergoren, mit Sureabbau. 80 % Edelstahl, 20 % Holz Ros dAssemblage. Abgefllt am 21. 08. 2023, Dosage: 4 g L. Kann absolut mit der Champagne mithalten.
