Die Destillation ist eine antike Kunst, deren Wurzeln sich in der geheimnisvollen Magie der Alchemie verlieren und die im Alpenraum eine lange Tradition hat. AUSBAU: Die im vollen, roten Saft stehenden Zirbenzapfen werden zerkleinert und in Roner Grappa angesetzt. Dadurch erhlt der Zirbel seinen typisch harzig, wrzigen Geschmack.
