I was surprised by how fresh and vibrant this matcha is! The color is a beautiful bright green, and it blends really smoothly — no clumps at all. The flavor is rich but not very bitter, perfectly match with coconut water. I’ve been using it for lattes and coconut water, and it tastes amazing either way.
