Product was packaged securely and arrived in perfect condition with a cute thank you note. After a quick test and adjusting the grind coarseness, I think this will work great! A bit tough to use. My blend has green peppercorns in it. The mill does dispense a finely ground powder but it takes some significant wrist action. I don't love this item which I find VERY "manual" though quieter than any motorized version. I wouldn't buy it again.
