Of all the supplements I've tried, this was the biggest waste of money. I just finished the bottle and honestly can say I gave it a good shot, but really it is as useless for memory as a multivitamin would be. Furthermore so expensive and each dose is 2 hard white pills. I've been using brain supplements since college and literally this is useless.

This kind of product is always hard to rate, Does it work, or doesn't it. Am I aware of having it onboard, or is it my hopeful imagination? Who knows? But for both of us, I feel as though I am more aware in general but most important to me is that I have more energy to accomplish things. Does a more active brain lead to more physical stamina?
