Die Hhe der Weinberge betrgt 350 bis 500 Meter. Die Erntemenge liegt bei 30 hl ha, die Reben sind zwischen 6 und 60 Jahre alt. Traditionelle Vinifikation, kontrollierte Temperatur unter 26 C, regelmiges berpumpen des Tresterhutes. Die Maischegrung dauert 15 Tage, um mglichste viele Aromen und Farbstoffe zu extrahieren.
