Der Rckenmuskel des Rindes wird sehr wenig beansprucht, deshalb ist das Fleisch besonders zart. Das Tenderloin, wie sie in den USA bezeichnet wird, ist ideal zum Kurzbraten und macht edle Gerichte perfekt. Wir liefern das Rinderfilet fertig pariert aus Meisterhand. Unser Rindfleisch stammt aus unserer Region aus Unterfranken. Herkunft:
